MASIRC
MASIRC is a free PHP IRC client, it loads instantly and doesn't need java or any other plugins from the user. It just requires a frames compatible browser (eg. Internet Explorer). It has a feature for including it in your site, it will even work with free hosts like Geocities, since the script itself is hosted at masirc.mikeasoft.com.
